10 Books That Changed the Way I See Life

Some books arrive as lifelines—opening portals into new worlds, fresh perspectives, and deeper ways of living. This is my personal list. If one (or more) speaks to you, I hope it expands your world as much as it did mine.

1. Many Lives, Many Masters – Brian Weiss

This is probably the book I’ve gifted the most! lol :) I read it when I was about 19, and it was my first life-changer, honestly. It resonated so deeply with me and has helped me navigate the loss of loved ones and departures in life. For me, this book gave a deeper meaning to life, full of purpose. As always, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t — every path is deeply personal.

2. The Four Agreements – Don Miguel Ruiz

A classic that everyone should read, IMO. It teaches four simple yet powerful agreements: be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and always do your best. Following these agreements helps simplify life, step out of victimhood, and take responsibility for the energy and intentions we bring into our relationships and experiences.

3. The Celestine Prophecy – James Redfield

This one opened my eyes to the synchronicities around us — how every experience, encounter, and coincidence carries a message if we’re willing to see it. I also found the concept of Control Dramas incredibly eye-opening. It helped me recognize the subtle power dynamics in interactions — especially when I’m the one playing them out — and choose to respond differently.

4. Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer – Gregg Braden

This book taught me to honor every emotion instead of fighting them — and in that, I found real emotional freedom. We suffer most when we resist what is. It also showed me how prayer truly works: it’s not about asking, but feeling your desired state as if it’s already real. It reminded me that peace and creation begin within us, not outside of us.

5. The Vortex – Esther Hicks

This completely changed how I see relationships. It showed me that every connection is a portal for growth and transformation. And that a relationship ending is not a failure — it’s part of the evolution of our lives.

6. Synchrodestiny – Deepak Chopra

This is a book I return to again and again. It helped me become more aware of the stories I tell myself and how to align with the magic that’s always unfolding around us. I especially love the short seven-day meditations at the end — I revisit them often, and every time I do, life seems to flow with more ease and meaning.

7. The Untethered Soul – Michael A. Singer

A book about the path to emotional freedom. It teaches you that what hurts or triggers you in others is actually yours — and that by seeing it and releasing it, you create space to live more freely. It also reminds you to fully feel your emotions and let them move through you, so they don’t get stuck in the body or keep repeating as similar situations. It invites you to observe your thoughts instead of identifying with them, and in that awareness, find peace beyond the mind’s chatter.

8. Quantum Love – Mary Anne Radmacher & Sally W. Duggan

My biggest takeaway: what you think and how you feel about a relationship directly affects how the other person shows up. This book is a guide to creating healthier, happier relationships by shifting your energy and perspective. It also taught me the power of gratitude — how simply appreciating every small, loving thing the other person does can completely change the dynamic.

9. Transurfing in 78 Days – Vadim Zeland

Transurfing is a life philosophy for consciously creating your reality — learning to shift timelines and pull your energy back from collective forces (aka pendulums) that drain you. It teaches you to reclaim your power and align with the reality you truly want. The 78-day version is perfect for daily reminders — a practical guide to shifting your mindset and realizing that how you see the world shapes what you experience.

10. It Didn’t Start with You – Mark Wolynn

Have you ever heard of family constellations? That therapy completely changed my life — I’m honestly obsessed. This book dives into inherited family trauma and how it shapes who we are. It gave me tools to understand generational patterns and to end cycles that don’t serve us, healing not only ourselves but also the generations that came before and after us.
