What I’m Meditating on Right Now
In full honesty, I do love meditating — but I’ve been on and off with it. Thankfully, the “on” seasons have always lasted longer than the “off” ones. :)
Since I’m the type who’s always adding more to my to-do list (and sometimes demanding more of myself than I need to), even something as nourishing as meditation can start to feel like another weight. When that happens, I let it go for a brief season… until I feel the call again. That moment when it doesn’t feel heavy anymore, but rather something pleasurable I get to do.
Right now, I’m in one of those “on” seasons. I’m keeping my practice short and simple, but I’ve found a few meditations I really love — the kind that feel so good I actually look forward to them every day.
So, here are my top three meditations for clearing energy and calling in what’s meant for me. I hope they serve you as much as they’ve been serving me. 🤍

#1 - Prayer of Healing, Gratitude, and Forgiving by Vaz Sriharan
This is a short, 5-minute meditation that instantly brought a smile to my face the first time I tried it — and it still does. I find it so powerful because it reminds us that every experience is a lesson that helps us know ourselves more deeply, that every encounter is sacred, and that we always have the power to reframe what happens to us.
For me, it shifts my mood completely: it helps me let go of resentment, open my heart, and honor every single relationship in my life — past and present.
#2 - Lighthouse Meditation For Manifestation by Vaz Sriharan
This is a 10-minute meditation designed to help you tap into your purpose, passions, and gifts — and attract all those who are meant to support your growth, as well as those who can benefit from what you have to offer.
I find it incredibly powerful because it helps me connect with the energy of what I want to create, while also expanding my energy to be open to anyone (and anything) that’s in mutual alignment and expansion.
#3 - Ho’oponopono 108 times by Modern Headspace
This one is actually a song — and I absolutely love it. I deeply believe in Ho’oponopono and its power to cleanse and heal. What I like to do is set an intention for what I want to clear or transform in my life — whether it’s a situation, a relationship, a recurring pattern, or even something I want to manifest — and then fully immerse myself in the song.
I try to listen in the morning and again before bed, and each time it feels like a reset for my heart and energy.

So there you go! These are the practices that have been weaving into my days lately and have truly helped me shift and clear my energy. I love that they’re short and sweet, which makes it so much easier to stick with a daily routine and stay consistent. Hopefully, they’ll do the same for you. 🤍
